• You will receive 12 Christmas - Winter Season ePackets (one each month) during the course of a 12-month consectutive period.  These are ePackets that you will receive in the form of a link via email where you will be able to download, print or save them to your own personal computer.  These ePackets will be sent to you well in advance of being made available for sale anywhere else.  This is great for those of you who sell finished products on your websites, craft shows and craft malls ~ you will get a jump on the latest designs before anyone else can make them!!
  

• You may not share your Password in any way -to any other person.  You understand that violating this rule will result in immediate termination of membership with no refund.  ePacket pages are monitored by Puddles of Paint for unauthorized use.  ISPs are trackable, so please don't share.
  

• In an effort to safeguard against unauthorized use, passwords will change from time to time, randomly.  Please feel free to email Susan Kelley for the new password at any time that you need to re-enter the ePackets and have found the password changed.
  

• No refunds can be made on this special value due to the nature of the content being offered.
  

• Memberships are non-transferrable.  You may not sell or give your membership to another person.  You may, however, purchase a membership as a gift to someone.  This Club membership would make the *perfect* Christmas gift for your favorite decorative painter!!  Ask Us How!
  

• PLEASE DO NOT SHARE your ePackets with anyone. They don't call us "starving artists" for nuthin'!!  Please be respectful of Susan Kelley's copyrighted work.  All of Susan's designs are intended for your personal use or for selling your handpainted versions for personal profit.  Do not duplicate or share the packets via reprints, xerox copies, digitally reproduced images, through email or any other  internet sharing.  If you are unclear on this policy, please read the complete Terms of Use.

• You will receive one handpainted snowman ornament directly from Susan Kelley for each year of membership in the Christmas Club.  These will make great collectibles and will be mailed to you via postal mail sometime in November of each year.  You will also receive the pattern and instructions to make your own!
  

• A 25% discount voucher code for Susan Kelley's newest Ornament CD will be emailed to you.  This discount does not apply to shipping charges (sorry).  Don't worry if you lose your voucher code; Susan will be happy to send it to you again and again :)
  

• During the course of your membership, you are free to select one pattern packet or ePacket  from the Puddles of Paint website.  You may use this offer at any time during the year.  This offer is valid until membership expires.
