• You will receive 12 semi-exclusive ePackets (one each month) during the course of a 12-month consectutive period.  These are ePackets that you will receive in the form of a link via email where you will be able to download, print or save them to your own personal computer.  These epackets will not be shown to the public or sold in any way until at least six months after you have received each of them.  Example: The November 2005 ePacket would not be available for sale to the public until May 2006.  This is great for those of you who sell finished products on your websites, craft shows and craft malls ~ you will have a six-month advance on the latest designs before anyone else can make them!!
  

• You may not share your Password in any way -to any other person.  You understand that violating this rule will result in immediate termination of membership with no refund.  ePacket pages are monitored by Puddles of Paint for unauthorized use.  ISPs are trackable, so please don't share.
  

• In an effort to safeguard against unauthorized use, passwords will change from time to time, randomly.  Please feel free to email Susan Kelley for the new password at any time that you need to re-enter the ePackets and have found the password changed.
  

• No refunds can be made on this special value due to the nature of the content being offered.
  

• Memberships are non-transferrable.  You may not sell or give your membership to another person.  You may, however, purchase a membership as a gift to someone.
  

• PLEASE DO NOT SHARE your ePackets with anyone. They don't call us "starving artists" for nuthin'!!  Please be respectful of Susan Kelley's copyrighted work.  All of Susan's designs are intended for your personal use or for selling your handpainted versions for personal profit.  Do not duplicate or share the packets via reprints, xerox copies, digitally reproduced images, through email or any other  internet sharing.  If you are unclear on this policy, please read the complete Terms of Use.

• ePatterns (line drawings) will arrive in the same form, as a link that you can follow to download, save and print at your convenience.  The same rules apply as to ePackets.

• The BONUS surprise choices will be sent via email at random times twice through the year.  A follow-up email will be sent by Susan Kelley to ensure that you received your surprises.

• A 25% discount will be applied toward all book, CD and pattern packet purchases during your membership in the Club.  Upon joining, you will be sent a discount voucher code to be entered during the check out process.  Discounts do not apply to shipping charges (sorry).  Don't worry if you lose your voucher code; Susan will be happy to send it to you again and again :)
  

• During the course of your membership, you are free to select two free pattern packets or ePackets  from the Puddles of Paint website ~or~ select one free online painting class at www.ToleTown.com.  This offer is valid until membership expires.
