• Visit Puddles of Paint (www.puddlesofpaint.com) at least once monthly for a term of twelve (12) months to select a packet and then email us with the name of your packet choice.  Also, please provide the name and email address that you signed up with.  Send your email to susan@puddlesofpaint.com.  Contact Information and links to our email address are clearly visible on our website, if you happen to lose our email address.  When visiting the pattern packet pages, please do not click "Add to Cart" when making your packet selection.  The buttons on those pages are not intended for Club Member use ~ it will put the packet in your cart and try to charge you for it!!  Just click on the contact button or email link located on nearly any page and send an email.
  

• Choose from any pattern packet that is available on the regular Puddles of Paint website once each month.  A selection should be made each month and cannot carry over to a future month.  (Sorry but bookkeeping would be a bear if we could offer that!!)   We cannot put your membership "on hold" for any reason.  This offer is strictly for one pattern packet per month for 12 consecutive months.
  

• We suggest that you choose one day (such as the 5th)  to make your selection each month, to make it easier to remember when it is time for your next packet choice!  We will assist you if you happen to forget whether it's time to order again :)

• No refunds can be made on this special value due to the nature of the content being offered.
  

• Memberships are non-transferable.  You may not sell or give your membership to another person.  You may, however, purchase a membership as a gift to someone.
  

• PLEASE DO NOT SHARE your packets with anyone. They don't call us "starving artists" for nuthin'!!  Please be respectful of Susan Kelley's copyrighted work.  All of Susan's designs are intended for your personal use or for selling your handpainted versions for personal profit.  Do not duplicate or share the packets via reprints, xerox copies, digitally reproduced images, through email or any other  internet sharing.  If you are unclear on this policy, please read the complete Terms of Use.

• Each month, you may select either a Pattern Packet or an ePacket.  Pattern Packets will be mailed (via regular postal service) upon receipt of your email selection.  ePackets will arrive (through an email to you) usually within 24 hours in the form of a link to a webpage containing the ePacket of your choice.  Please note that not all pattern packets are available as ePackets, and not all ePackets are available as pattern packets.  Look for the buttons located near each pattern to determine which choices are available. Shipping is *free* on all pattern packets ordered through the Pattern Packet Club!
