I understand that the content I am purchasing from Puddles of Paint is copyright protected. I understand that I am purchasing it for my own personal use to create hand-painted items to keep, give away, or sell at craft shows, bazaars, ebay, etsy or my own website. I understand that I cannot mass-produce items nor sell them at wholesale to retail or gift industries. I understand that I cannot share the content in any way, including but not limited to uploading content to the internet, sharing patterns with groups, sharing log-in information, duplicating any part of ePackets, pattern packets, CDs, books, etc. or use original project photos, graphic imagery or create any type of digital reproduction including graphic art. If I decide to teach a Puddles of Paint copyrighted design, I agree to contact Susan Kelley (susan@puddlesofpaint.com) beforehand to request permission and to learn what requirements must be met.
